The cheesiest!

On Tuesday, Oct 5th, while sitting a the dinner table, Paige in a voice filled with melancholy poked at here pasta noodles and told me, "Grandma made the best cheesy noodles with these alphabet pastas. I miss Grandma and her cheesiest pasta. She also put lots of broccoli in it and I love broccoli."
Moments like this tell me that the impact on my little soon to be four year old was tremendous by Sioux Torsberg, even if it was only in how she made the cheesiest noodles with broccoli.

My stuff, your stuff, his stuff, her stuff, it's a lot of stuff!

On the ride home from OPRF daycare today, the always thinking Paige Rae chimed in with, "Daddy, I really want some grass *whine*, can we buy a house with some grass so I can play outside??"
After discussing house financing for a couple of minutes we then roamed onto moving and again the always thinking Paige Rae decides, "When we move then we can buy all new toys to take the place of the toys we leave behind." I attempted to explain how we take all our stuff and then ensued the fifteen minutes of question and answer.
"How does it fit?"
"Can we take the couch?"
"What happens to our car if we get a moving van?"
"Can we take our trees?"
"What if don't have a suitcase for my stuff?"
"Is a moving truck like a tow truck, you know, like Mater?!?"
and many more I cannot recall.
After we wrapped it up, I think she understood better, that or she was just hoping i would stop explaining things to her, because she let the topic drop.
